SGN are planning to upgrade the gas network in Trinity Road, Tooting.

The work involves the replacement of old, metal gas mains with new, durable plastic pipes. They are planning the work in conjunction with Transport for London and local authorities.

Works are due to start on Saturday 27 June and they anticipate that the project will last approximately 10-13 weeks.

They have organised a drop-in session at South London Bowling Club, 19 Lyford Road, SW18 3LU this Wednesday 3 June between 3pm and 7pm.

Members of their project team will be on hand to answer questions and talk through their plans in more detail. Maps and plans of their works will also be on display. Local residents are invited to attend.
