We had a quick chat with Roi Mengelgrein, Tooting Market Manager, about the changes to the market where some stallholders are moving around...

The ever-popular Get Juiced, is moving to a new free-standing unit, whilst Ana Bela’s has moved from a corner unit to a new one next to Brickwood. Wandle Tree and Nano Neko have also relocated to diagonally opposite their original unit.

“We wanted to do this properly,” says Roi, “and keep our stallholders happy while we prepare for the new build on Totterdown Street.”

The new structure will be ready by the summer, although Roi’s remaining tight-lipped about who’ll be taking up residence!

“Just wait,” he said, “we’ve got some great surprises in store for Tooting. You’re gonna love it.”
