Flippin’ Meats & Droppin’ Beats is the Boom Bap philosophy – they serve juicy burgers, using only the finest quality grass-fed beef, dry-aged on the bone for 28 days, whilst spinning classic hip-hop, funk and more.

Burger Shack makes prime British beef burgers in a brioche bun. Dip and Flip specialises in roast meat sandwiches dipped in gravy (Dip) and flat griddle smashed burgers (Flip), plus gravy on the side for extra dipping!

As well as their restaurant at the front, they also have a back room with a bar which is available for groups of up to 25 people, so a great place to come with friends and family to settle in for a fun, relaxed, gravy-soaked experience.

Try their signature Dip & Flip burger – West Country beef, forerib, chuck, and a little added fat. The patty is smashed onto the super-hot griddle, sealing in the flavour. It’s served in a soft brioche bun with French's mustard, ketchup, American cheese, cabbage slaw and pickles, topped with slices of roasted topside beef or shoulder of lamb, thinly sliced and dipped in gravy. Dirty Burger serve “sinful” burgers with crinkle cut and onion fries, as well as a veggie option – they’re also proud of their apple pie!
 

Habaneros, 50 Upper Tooting Rd, SW17 7PD

Habaneros makes fresh delicious burgers with authentic Mexican & American ingredients as well as Piri Piri Chicken, all cooked fresh before your eyes. Offering a quick and casual setting, their meals starts at just £6.49 for a 6oz meal. They’re also exceptionally proud of their customer service and all their food and drink is 100% halal.

Honest pride themselves on having a simple, quality-focused menu of great British burgers, the same approach they had since opening their our first shoebox restaurant in Brixton in 2011.
“We do one thing, and we do it well,” says Dan Davis of Honest, “We serve the same great burger we’ve been serving since day one and it’s naturally one of the most popular with our customers — beef, smoked bacon, mature cheddar, red onion relish, pickles and lettuce. We also run seasonal specials – currently the Mother Flipper: candied bacon, secret burger sauce and shoestring fries and tucked it under the hood of their burger.”

Meat & Shake specialise in Southern barbecue meats, burgers and shakes, and all of it 100% halal. Their number 1 burger is the Cool Joe, Mean Joe, Killer Joe (which won the Booker Mystery Box round at the The National Burger Awards earlier this year).
