The Tooting Summer Street Party returns to Cowick Road this Sunday July 23rd from noon to 5.30pm, featuring live music, a wide range of food and drink, and children’s entertainment.

Wandsworth Radio will be broadcasting the event live and the Havana Londres Rueda group will be salsa-ing. Children will be able to hula-hoop and get their faces painted. There’ll be live music from bands such as The Wild Tonics and Rock Choir and many other wonderful performers.

The party has been organised by the council, with sponsorship and support from local businesses. The street will be closed to traffic.

Mayank Patel from Pearl Chemist Group, one of the businesses sponsoring the event, said: “This event is a great opportunity for the community to come together to enjoy and celebrate Tooting.”

All are welcome to this free event – just turn up!
