The Tooting Bec and Broadway Neighbourhood Forum will be leading a walk through the residential streets in between Tooting High Street and Mitcham Road on Sunday 8 October.

They will discuss the current features of the neighbourhood and what sort of changes and developments the community can look to influence through the Neighbourhood Plan. The walk will focus particularly on creating 'liveable neighbourhoods' on Tooting’s residential streets.

“All are welcome to join us,” says James Grant, who’s organising the walk, “this is a great way to contribute to the forum and find out more about its work and how residents can get involved.”

The walk will start at 3pm on Sunday 8 October outside Age UK on the corner of Mellison Road and Mitcham Road.

Residents are also encouraged to download the Placecheck app that the forum are using to help them consult and gather info and photos.
