London Hotel Group is working with Dexter Moren Associates on plans for the redevelopment of 111-113 Tooting High Street.

Formerly the Tooting Constitutional Club, the site is located at the junction of Tooting High Street and Woodbury Street. The site currently has planning permission for the demolition of the existing buildings and the creation of a residential development. However, the developers wish to change the use of the building to an aparthotel.

The developers will be holding a public exhibition on the plans on Wednesday 13 and Thursday 14 September (4pm – 7.30pm) at St Boniface R.C. Church, 185 Mitcham Road, SW17 9PG. This will be an opportunity to meet the project team and ask any questions you may have.
