The traders on Ritherdon Road are hosting their annual Winter Fair this Sunday 12 November.

Alongside promotions and offers in local shops, such as Quirky Dovetail, Whirly Wines, Gallery Midnight and Dee Light Bakery, there will be a selection of visiting stalls with a variety of items to treat yourself, your kids, your family or your friends!

It kicks off at 10am with Hao Hao Chi’s Chinese street food, plus sweet and savoury crepes served from a vintage Citroen van, and cheeses and meats courtesy of Brindisa. Minnie The Clown will be on hand to entertain visitors and live music will abound from the terrace of the new kids on the block, Dynamo Café. You’ll also be able to place orders for trees, wreaths and wine in time for Christmas.

The two minutes silence will also be observed at 11am to mark Remembrance Sunday.
