Help celebrate local heroes! Support the BATCA Community Awards!

The BATCA Community Awards celebration evening takes place 7pm to 10pm on Thursday 21st March at Samaj Hall, 26B High Street, SW17 0RG.

It’s great news that their crowdfunding campaign is nearly there, but they’re asking for help with the final push – can you help? They just need a few pounds more! https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/communityheroes

They’re also looking for volunteers to help out on the evening. If you can spare a few hours to help set up, run the event and/or clean up afterwards, please email contact secretary@batca.org or call 07966 690308.

All are welcome at the awards event when the whole community gathers to celebrate the volunteer heroes who make Tooting and Balham special. It’ll be a great evening, with awards presented by local leaders, plus food and entertainment. There’s no charge – just book a place online at http://batca.org/community-heros/.

For further information, contact secretary@batca.org or call 07966 690308.
